ORDERING

Special Order Products: Special orders require a minimum 50% deposit at the time of purchase. The balance of your order will be charged when we ship the furniture to you.

Open Stock Products: Stock orders for quick shipment or direct ship from the manufacturer are charged in full when your order is placed and will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

All orders must be paid in full before any product can be shipped.

SALES TAX

We collect all applicable sales taxes for the following:
State Taxes:
Arizona & California
Counties:
Maricopa, Pima, and all counties in California.
City Taxes:
Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Gilbert, Tucson, and all districts in California.

RETURN POLICY

Today’s Patio is committed to delivering a great shopping experience to customers and realizes returns are sometimes necessary. We require immediate notification for return items. We try our best to avoid restocking and return fees, however, they may be applicable in certain scenarios. Shipping and freight costs are non-refundable once the product(s) have been shipped from our facilities.

STANDARD SHIPPING

All products are shipped using the most appropriate method available.

Some products may be shipped via ground services, like UPS or FedEx, while larger products require us to use freight services with common carriers like R&L Carriers, Estes Freight, UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, etc.

All products are shipped in the manufacturer’s original packaging and secured to pallets to prevent damage while in transit.

Our Standard Shipping services include curbside delivery only. If you're interested in other shipping options, like white-glove or expedited services, please contact us.

CURBSIDE DELIVERY

Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of any products or removal of packaging materials.

Your order will be shipped to a local delivery terminal and they will contact you when it arrives to schedule a delivery appointment.

Deliveries by freight carriers are typically made between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM local time, Monday-Friday, and will usually be scheduled in a 4-hour window.

An adult signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.

Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck, we will be unable to complete delivery and additional charges may apply for additional delivery attempts.

RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT

We take extra care to assure your order arrives in perfect condition. Upon receiving your order please inspect your item(s) carefully.

You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt with the carrier. Please note any damage to your item(s) or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage, please note refused due to damage on the receipt.

Frieght companies may not be able to wait for you to open each box and inspect the contents thoroughly. They will, however, allow you to quickly inspect contents or refuse delivery on damaged boxes.

Please notify us immediately if you notice any damage to your products or packaging. We will assist you with claims, repairs and/or replacements.

WHITE-GLOVE DELIVERY

In some cases, we are able to offer white-glove delivery services upon request. With this service, you can have your patio furniture unpacked, assembled, and placed in your chosen area along with all packing materials removed. Additional charges apply for white-glove services.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

In some cases, we may be able to provide expedited shipping. Please call for information and availability regarding expedited shipping services. Please note, additional charges apply for expedited shipment of your order.

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

We will always do our best to give you the most accurate production lead times based on information from our vendors. If delivery time exceeds the time quoted, please note that it is due to manufacturing and shipping delays beyond our control.
