IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO REMEMBER
- Please be sure to provide all information available to help expedite your service or warranty request.
- Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process any warranty claim.
- All warranty requests require photo evidence of the damage to the product(s). Once you’ve submitted your claim form, please email pictures of the damage to warranty@todayspatio.com and be sure to include your name and phone number.
- Manufacturers require a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice for all claims.
- Warranty claims may be subject to fees for shipping and/or labor when not covered by the manufacturers written warranty.
- After submitting your request for warranty service, please allow a minimum of 7-10 business days for us to follow up with information provided from the manufacturer about how best to proceed.
- All products are warranted by the manufacturer. In providing assistance with your warranty claim between you and the manufacturer, Today’s Patio is not assuming liability for any product warranty.
