Sales Terms & Conditions

SCHEDULING DELIVERY OR SHIPPING

All orders must be paid in full prior to scheduling your delivery. Once your pieces are available, our delivery department will contact you to coordinate your delivery. At the time you schedule your delivery, you will be given a four (4) hour window for when you can expect your products. Due to complicated delivery schedules, Today’s Patio cannot guarantee a specific delivery time and is only able to accommodate rescheduling of your delivery with seventy-two (72) hours advanced notice. A $99 rescheduling fee will be applied to deliveries rescheduled within seventy-two (72) hours of the previously confirmed delivery day and time.

DELIVERY AND PREPERATION

Before your delivery arrives, please be sure to measure all gates, doorways or entryways and landings to ensure that your furniture will fit. Existing furniture or other items should be moved prior to your delivery. Please communicate to our delivery department if you have challenging roads, driveways or other access points that would be difficult for our vehicles or personnel to access. Our professionally trained delivery team will prepare and place your new items in the appropriate areas you designate. Please note, our teams cannot rearrange or remove existing furniture or other items or connect/disconnect electrical or gas lines.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders must be paid in full prior to the shipment of your order. After your order has shipped from our facilities, we will notify you and provide tracking information. Once the carrier is prepared to deliver your order, they will contact you to coordinate an appropriate day and time. Due to the complex schedules of carriers, Today’s Patio cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for your shipment. All shipments are curb-side delivery unless other arrangements have been made at the time the order was placed. The carrier will deliver your product to your home, but they may not assist you in moving, unpacking, or setting up your product.

PRODUCT INSPECTION

Please immediately inspect your products upon receipt and share any concerns you may have with your delivery team or freight carrier. It is important to make any claims of damage, shortage or errors at the time of receipt. Today’s Patio reserves the right to inspect, repair or replace any merchandise at its discretion.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP

If you elect to pick up your merchandise in-store or at our warehouse, please contact that location approximately twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled arrival so our staff can prepare for your pick-up. Additionally, please be sure to notify our staff if you would like products to be assembled or if you prefer to transport them in the original packaging. Today’s Patio staff will not be able to assist you in securing the load in your vehicle. Please bring any support and supplies necessary for safe transport {e.g. tie-downs, blankets or wrapping).

SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS

We offer a variety of outdoor products for custom order to meet your specific needs. All special orders require a minimum 50% deposit. Most special-order products typically arrive at our facilities within 6 to 8 weeks, though these times can vary due to a variety of factors. While we will work hard to ensure your special-order products arrive as quickly as possible, please be aware some orders may require additional production time due to circumstances outside of our control. In the event an order is delayed beyond the original estimated lead-time, we will do our best to provide updates and information about the order as we receive it from the manufacturer. All questions should be directed to the store where you placed your order.

Returns & Exchanges

FURNITURE, CUSHIONS, PILLOWS, AND UMBRELLAS

All returns must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of product. No returns will be accepted after ten (10) days. Furniture, cushions, pillows, and umbrellas are also subject to the following restrictions:

Custom Order Products: No re-stocking fees will be applied to custom order products cancelled within five (5) days of order placement. Products purchased in-store for pickup or delivery by Today’s Patio will be assessed a 35% re-stocking fee. Products purchased online or shipped via freight/parcel carrier, but not yet shipped, will be assessed a 35% re-stocking fee. Products purchased online or shipped via freight/parcel carrier, and have already been shipped, will be assessed a 50% re-stocking fee.

Open-Stock Products: No re-stocking fees will be applied to open stock products that have not been delivered or shipped out. Open stock products purchased in-store for pickup or delivery by Today’s Patio will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee. Open stock products purchased online or shipped via freight/parcel carrier will be assessed a 50% re-stocking fee.

ACCESSORIES

Accessories may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. Return shipping fees may apply for purchases made online or by phone/email. No returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days.

SEASONAL, HOLIDAY, AND CHRISTMAS ITEMS

Products purchased on, or before, Thanksgiving Day may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase for a full refund. Products purchased after Thanksgiving Day, and before Christmas Day, may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Products purchased after Christmas may not be returned. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to any open box items. Return shipping fees will be applied to products purchased online or by phone/email.

CLOSEOUT, CLEARANCE, AND "AS-IS" PRODUCTS

Purchases of closeout and clearance items, as well as any items purchased at Today’s Patio Outlet store, are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

POOL CHEMICALS, EQUIPMENT, AND TOYS

Pool products may be returned for a refund or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase and must be in their original, un-opened packaging.

AUTOMATIC POOL CLEANERS

Automatic pool cleaners may only be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase and require prior return approval from the manufacturer. All cleaners must be in their original, un-opened packaging.

Warranty Information

All products are warranted by the manufacturer. Unless otherwise specified, warranties apply to the original owner of the merchandise and are not transferable. Though we are happy to assist you in submitting a warranty claim, Today’s Patio assumes no liability for product warranty. Today's Patio Outlet Store Information

Today’s Patio Outlet store offers one-off, closeout, discontinues, returned or not-quite-perfect products for sale at reduced prices. All merchandise is sold in “as-is” condition and all sales are considered final. Quantities are limited to stock on hand. Today’s Patio Outlet prices cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons or other offers unless otherwise specified. All merchandise will be priced according to quality and condition. If you choose to pick-up or take products home in your own vehicle, you must be prepared with any necessary supplies (e.g. tie-downs, blankets/wrapping, etc.) to load and secure the merchandise in your vehicle.
